Meet Jenanah Amatullah-Muqsit JD
Healing the mind that drives your spirit.
Jenanah Amatullah-Muqsit, JD is the founder of JenExoneco (Jen-es-en-co), a faith-centered platform created to help people move beyond simply knowing what faith teaches and begin intentionally applying that guidance to what they are actually experiencing.
Her work is rooted in a simple but powerful understanding: we can love Allah, know our faith, and still carry emotions, experiences, wounds, and patterns that need to be addressed.
Healing does not require us to deny those experiences. It requires us to recognize them, understand them, and learn how to respond to them through faith, reflection, intention, and action.
That is the heart behind JenExoneco (Jen-es-en-co).
Faith. Wisdom. Lived Experience.
Sister Jenanah’s journey has been shaped by education, faith, service, leadership, and lived experience.
With a Juris Doctor degree, training as a Certified One Command Facilitator & Life Coach, and a longstanding commitment to education and spiritual development, she brings together intellectual understanding and deeply personal reflection in a way that meets people where they are.
But JenExoneco (Jen-es-en-co) was not created simply from credentials.
It grew from a life of learning, serving, experiencing, questioning, reflecting, and returning to Allah.
Through that journey, Sister Jenanah recognized something important: sometimes we know the ayah. We know the hadith. We know we should have sabr. We know we should make dua. We know we should trust Allah.
But knowing what to do and knowing how to walk yourself through it when your heart is hurting are not always the same thing.
That space between knowing and applying became central to the work of JenExoneco (Jen-es-en-co).
Why JenExoneco Exists
JenExoneco (Jen-es-en-co) was created to provide structure for the inner work.
Through faith-centered resources, guided reflection, education, coaching, and transformational experiences, Sister Jenanah helps people slow down long enough to identify what they are carrying and intentionally reconnect their thoughts, emotions, actions, and spiritual lives.
This is not about pretending that grief doesn’t hurt.
It isn’t about telling someone with fear to simply “have more faith.”
It isn’t about ignoring anger, guilt, worry, rejection, loneliness, doubt, exhaustion, or disappointment.
It is about learning what to do with those emotions once they arrive.
The goal is not emotional perfection.
The goal is greater awareness, healthier responses, stronger faith, and a heart that continually learns how to return to Allah.
From Knowledge to Practice
That philosophy can be seen throughout Sister Jenanah’s work.
In The Prophetic Healing Sequence, she guides readers through a structured 14-day process of Qur’anic perspective, Prophetic guidance, heart reflection, intentional action, healing dua, and continued reflection.
Her companion work, 40 Hadith to Empower Faith, continues that journey by pairing Prophetic teachings with reflection, practical application, and supplication—helping readers move beyond reading wisdom toward living it.
Together, these resources reflect the larger mission of JenExoneco (Jen-es-en-co):
Awaken. Restore. Transform.
Awaken to what is happening within you.
Restore your connection to the principles and guidance that anchor you.
Transform how you think, respond, live, and move forward. Why JenExoneco (Jen-es-en-co) Exists

A Message From Dr. Jenanah
There is more behind JenExoneco than a professional biography.
Hear directly from Sister Jenanah as she shares her journey, the experiences that shaped her work, and why helping others pursue emotional and spiritual renewal has become part of her mission.
This Journey Is Bigger Than a Book
JenExoneco is being built as a place for continued growth.
The books are an entry point—but the vision extends into guided programs, courses, conversations, coaching, educational experiences, and resources designed to help people build practices they can carry into everyday life.
Because transformation isn’t something we read about once.
It is something we practice.
And sometimes the first step is simply becoming willing to look inward, acknowledge what is there, and invite Allah into the process.
Your healing journey can begin here.
